ECHO is a signature project type by C.Street based on the Passivhaus standard. ECHO projects feature excellent acoustics, thermal comfort and indoor air quality performance while consuming extremely low energy.
This is achieved by an integrated design process, leveraging C.Street’s construction detailing expertise, in collaboration with specialist consultants, suppliers and key trades. The design is simulated in detail, before construction details are documented and tested for quality assurance, with optional third-party certification.
The methodology behind ECHO ensures that the building produced is well-designed, bankable and will achieve its performance targets.
