C.Street presented ECHO.1 as a case study on Australia’s first multi-residential project delivered as a conventional build-to-sell model at the Thrive 2024 Passivhaus Conference. Topics included the delivery process, market acceptance, financial viability, and the potential for Passivhaus to be delivered in this way as a housing solution.
As part of the conference program, ECHO.1 was opened for a site tour. Delegates had the opportunity to view a townhouse unit at fit-off stage and ask questions of the C. Street team.
The Thrive 2024 Passivhaus Conference is part of an annual conference series for the South Pacific region and was held in Melbourne on 23-25th May 2024. These conferences are a great opportunity to hear about case studies and technical Passivhaus implementation strategies, meet component suppliers and manufacturers, and network with professionals from around the world.
