ECHO.1 was featured in an editorial by The Urban Developer on 11^th March 2025, noting the completion of Australia’s first Build-to-Sell Passivhaus certified project, acknowledging the pioneering efforts by C Street in scaling the world’s best standard for energy efficiency.

MODEL, a Build-to-Rent developer has also announced its intention to construct 180 Passivhaus-certified apartments in Abbotsford.
